Mental Health & Substance Use

Information & Education Group

Self-Esteem will be the focus in April, so each group will look at various topics relating to self-esteem. The purpose of the Perspectives group is to offer general education for skill building relative to mental health and substance use issues for any interested members of the Langley community age 19 and older. The group casts a wide net to engage people who may wish to become connected to clinical services in the mental health and substance use continuum. It is not able or intended to provide counselling. Registration is not required. Just drop in and join the group.
