Strengthens families and promotes well-being through child development, play-based learning, early literacy, parent education and support, community connections, and encouragement of healthy lifestyles in families, individuals, and youth from birth to 14 years of age.


Counselling for families from the Langleys who are parenting children aged 14 years and under. Building on the strengths of the family, support is offered through counselling, education and referrals.

Information, assessment, counseling and referrals for persons attempt to change their personal substance use problems. Support also available for people affected by someone else’s substance use problems.
